First,
use the measurements on the bottom of the envelope punch board to make
the envelope in the size that you want. Then measure the distance from
the top of the flap to the side of the envelope as shown. Cut a square
that is the size of that measurement. Use the envelope punch board to
punch a notch on opposite corners. Score on the diagonal to match the
envelope. Adhere the liner to the envelope flap. Onlu use adhesive
above the score line. Leaving the bottom of the liner free allows the
